Social housing – Phu Hoa Apartment (Apartment) started work on May 2010 and finished within 360 days. Located on an area of 4,481.48 m2, Apartment comprises 2 blocks of 6 floors including 117 apartments with the area of 30 m2, 45 m2 and 60 m2, the capacity of 600 people. This building was constructed under modern standards: elevators, stairs and waste collection system.
Currently, 104 apartments were rented by beneficiaries including officials, military officers and soldiers working in Thu Dau Mot town. The rental fee is 19,294 VND/m2 per month.
Giving the speech in the ceremony, Binh Duong People’s Committee Vice - Chairman Tran Thanh Liem appreciated the efforts of the provincial Construction Department and constructors in difficulties overcoming to finish the building. This is the experimental project of official housing projects invested by national budget in Binh Duong province. Mr. Tran Thanh Liem requested Construction Department to effectively manage apartments and apartment householders to implement the modern and civilized lifestyle.
